  1. Maintain lower back support.
  2. Adjust the backrest angle - 90 degrees is not the best position.
  3. Adjust the desk height.
  4. Adjust the monitor height.
  5. Check the mouse position.
  6. Find the ideal monitor brightness level.
  7. Adjust the monitor distance - should be one arm's length.
  8. Adjust armrest height and width.
  9. Check the seat pan depth.
  10. Change the keyboard angle for proper wrist and hand alignment.
